With a total surface area of 75m², it offers an extremely pleasant living space for two people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a desk.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has been custom-designed and is fully equipped and integrated.

The neighborhood

The Mont Boron neighborhood is by far the most chic neighborhood in Nice. Located just beyond the port, it allows you to be away from the crowds and traffic jams during tourist periods. It's a bit like the countryside in the city.

Transportation

We recommend renting a car to better explore the region. It is very easy to pick up and drop off your car at the airport, and parking spaces are available at the residence. However, it is also possible to get around by public transportation, with three bus lines stopping right outside the building.
