Cancelation policy
Cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified by registered letter or e-mail. In the event of cancellation by the customer, the amount refunded to the customer will be as follows
* Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the start of the holiday: no charge.
* Cancellation between the 20th and 8th day inclusive before the start of the stay: 50% of the price of the stay will be retained.
* Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the start of your stay: 75% of the price of your stay will be retained.
* Cancellation the day before or on the day of arrival originally stipulated in the contract: 100% of the price of the stay will be retained.
* In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
