The space

The villa is composed of 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a dining table that can accommodate 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own shower room and private toilet and a guest toilet.

On the mezzanine level, there is a work area with two desks, two screens and a printer, ideal for teleworking, and a second bedroom with spectacular view of the mountains with a private shower room and WC.

Finally, on the garden level, you will have the equivalent of an independent flat with a fully equipped open kitchen and a living/dining room with direct access to the garden and the mosaic pool.

On this level, you will also find 2 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC; one of them is very spacious and can easily accommodate a couple and their child (a baby bed and a high chair are available). The beds are of very good quality with the possibility to transform the 180cm beds into two 90cm beds.

All the rooms are air-conditioned (the other rooms of the villa are not air-conditioned but the villa also has thermal shutters to reduce the heat).

Parking for 4-5 cars is available in a private secured compound and a charging point for electric vehicles is available.

For your safety and security during your stay; we have 1 exterior security camera outside the main door entrance that is turned on 24/7.

We have 3 interior motion detection alarm security devices positioned at the main entrance, dinning room and ground level living room. These are NOT activated during our guest stay. The alarm will be turned on to detect intruders only when there are no guests in the villa.

A car is recommended to enjoy the best of what the surrounding area offers.

Our private secured parking area can accommodate 4-5 cars.

Other things to note

A deposit of €2000 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
